When is Check-in/packet pickup?
Check-in/packet pickup is Tues from Noon - 8pm. Although if you cannot make it in that timeframe you can pick up your registration materials any day. starting at 4:30 am.

What are the Trade show Hours?
When can Vendors set up?
Set-up times: Wed., Nov. 6 from 12:00 to 5:00pm, and Thurs., Nov. 7 from 8:00 to 11:00am.
Trade Show Hours: open to the public Thurs. Nov.7 & Fri. Nov.8, noon to 6:00pm, Sat., Nov.9, from 10:00 to 6:00pm and Sun., Nov. 10 from 10:00 to 4:00pm. Please have your booth staffed at all times during those open hours.
Take-down time: Sun., Nov.10 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. No early take-downs! We would love to have you come to our famous “Survivors Party” at 6:00pm at the Moon Rock Food Truck Park, 1811 W. Jefferson Ave. Pick up a ticket for entry at the Trade Show -- great food, fun & a cash bar! And surprise entertainment

50% refund* if cancellation occurs before Oct 13, 2024
No refunds if cancellation occurs after Oct 12, 2024
*$25 processing fee applied to all registration refunds
